        Your welcome, might have to get some chicken and do that one again
also. As for the Butt, sure you can brine it and will turn into more of a
ham type meat. Don't know if you will have time thou, so I would inject it
if this is for tomorrow. Try something along this line below and improvise
if need be. Was really good.

4 to 6# Pork Butt
1/2 cup water
1 tbl Knorr concentrated chicken boullion
1/4 cup butter
1 tbl mustard
3 tbl Kraft zesty Italian dressing
1/2 tbl granulated garlic
1 tbl POW
1 tbl white pepper
2 tsp Ames Ham soup booster
Heat on low till dissolves. Inject butt thouroughly. After injection put a
good coat on the outside of butt, with Alpine Touch and white pepper. Wrap
in plastic and let sit at least overnight. Smoke at 225 till you have an
internal of 160.
